It does not apply to the personal data of contracted clients, which is governed by the data processing terms in their respective Service Agreements.

We independently research publicly available channel and profile data as part of our channel audit process. This includes:
- Publicly visible subscriber counts, view histories, and growth trajectories from YouTube, Twitch, and Kick;
- Third-party analytics tools that aggregate publicly available platform data (Social Blade, VidIQ, StreamCharts, TubeBuddy, Sullygnome);
- Publicly posted content on streaming platforms and social media profiles.
2.3 Automatically collected information
When you visit our Website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically collect:
- IP address (used for server logs and geographic analytics only);
- Browser type and version;
- Pages visited and time spent;
- Referring URL; and
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet).
We use this information only in aggregated, non-identifiable form.
2.4 Cookies
We use minimal cookies:

- Use of reputable, security-certified third-party processors; and
- Regular review of data handling practices.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights, we will notify affected individuals as required under applicable law.
7. Your Rights
Under Indian law and as a matter of our policy, you have the right to:
- Access: Request confirmation of whether we hold personal data about you, and a copy of that data.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. Waitlist submissions can be withdrawn and deleted at any time.
- Withdrawal of consent: Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
- Objection: Object to our processing of your data on the basis of legitimate interests.

8. Children's Privacy
